Like, recently, I was training this new girl and when she pulled out a guy's rental card, she asked what 'sticky returns' meant because he was one of our regulars and he's got a bad habit of doing that, so we keep track, and I took the opportunity to shame him by explaining it to her right in front of him.

My favorite part was the look on her face, though. That was even better than the look on his haha.
